When do we have to pay the conference fees?
You will be required to pay the fee only after you have recieved the letter of confirmation from the Registration Department. The confirmation page at the end of the initial registration form is NOT equivalent to the Letter of Confirmation.

How do we pay the conference fees?
You should make your cheques or bank drafts in favour of "Lahore University of Management Sciences" and NOT in favour of LUMUN.
However, the Letter of Confirmation will carry detailed guidelines on paying the fees.

Do we have to pay the social events ticket cost right now?
Yes, you can buy the social events by Nov 10th by mailing us the cheque at the mailing address (add link to contact us). Tickets bough before Nov 15th will cost Rs. 850, while tickets bought from the Registartion day (Nov 26th) onwards will csot Rs. 1100.

Are we allowed to submit more than one delegation per institution?
No. This decision has been taken by the executive council in order to promote diversity and enhance the quality of the conference. Furthermore this guarantees a fair chance of success for all participating institutions.

Why is the maximum delegation size 12?
You might be wondering why we have set the maximum size to twelve when there are fifteen committees. This has been done to optimize the participation and to promote diversity.

My team has already registered, but now we want to add another delegate.
It is possible to add a delegate unconditionally before the 20th of September. You can email us registration@lumun.org.

However, after the 20th of September, we cannot guarantee the inclusion of the new delegate. It will depend on the current number of delegates.

Note, that in any case, the number of total delegates will not be allowed to exceed tweleve.

The Registration Department's primary mode of communication is via email. Currently we are not entertaining phone calls. Rest assured, your emails will be answered promptly, unless the answers to your queries are available on this page.
